关于禁止倒卖第3届南博会展位的通告

第3届中国—南亚博览会暨第23届中国昆明进出口商品交易会执委会通告

第3届中国—南亚博览会暨第23届中国昆明进出口商品交易会（以下简称南博会）将于2015年6月12-16日在昆明滇池国际会展中心举办。为规范招商招展秩序，保护参展商的合法权益，特公告如下：

一、本届南博会招商招展工作必须严格执行南博会执委会（以下简称执委会）的规章制度，按规定招商招展；严禁任何未经执委会书面授权的对境内外的招商招展行为。

二、禁止任何形式的倒卖展位行为。

以上行为一经发现，将严厉查处并追究相关人员的法律责任，由此产生的经济损失由相关责任人自行承担。

AN OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

By the Executive Committee of the 3rd China-South Asia Expo and the 23rd China Kunming Import & Export Fair

The 3rd China-South Asia Expo and the 23rd China Kunming Import and

Export Fair will take place at Kunming Dianchi International

Convention & Exhibition Center in Kunming, Yunnan Province June 12-16, 2015.

In order to standardize the behavior of organizing exhibitions

and protect the legitimate interests of the exhibitors,

the Executive Committee of the 3rd China-South Asia Expo and the 23rd China Kunming Import & Export Fair makes this

official announcement with contents hereunder:

1. Inviting or recruiting any exhibitor(s) for above mentioned events must be in strict accordance with the rules

and regulations made by the executive committee. Any exhibitor inviting

and recruiting without

the written approval of the executive committee are prohibited.

2. Any unauthorized selling of the exhibition booths is banned.

Any person or organization found in breach of the aforesaid rules

and regulations will be severely punished by law and

be held responsible for all consequences thereof,
